Hey guys,
I worked with an unprofessional and rude client. Somehow, that client ended the contract with 2-star ratings. After a week, he asked for a full refund for the project. What should I do?

If you can afford to, just give his money back so the bad review won't stick.

As a top-rated badge owner, I already removed that rating. And I don't want to refund, because I strongly believe that I worked. so hard, and the results were at their finest.
