Payment still on review

Hello. I have a question about the review period. I know the client has 14 days to review what I submitted, and I know the payment will be released automatically after 14 days if my client doesn't realease payment, but when I start counting those day? I submitted the file on March 28 (my client disappeared after that) and todays is April 12 (15 days), and the payment is still on review. Should I be worry? or Should I wait a little bit more?
