Phone Verification Failed, Number Already in Use

Hi, I have been attempting to verify my phone number but it keeps saying that my phone is already in use which should not be possible as I have not made an Upwork account prior to this one. Any attempts to work around this have failed so I need support from a real support agent. Thank you.
