Problem with Amex card billing - account is paused URGENT

Hi All,

My account is paused as the upwork platform says there is a problem with my Amex payment method. I have called Amex and there is no problem. I have updated the card details 3 times. It is still blocked. Please advise. This is blocking my business at the moment as I can not pay my freelancers and I have a launch they are working on next week. PLEASE HELP.
