Profile Boost Problems

I have been trying  ( and paying for ) profile boosting. To test whether it works, I used my "client" account to create an "Invite only" job with the proper criteria to see if I show up in the display of freelancers. 

• I have noticed that I must "Turn Off" and then "Save and Boost" every day. Otherwise, my boost does not show up. 
• I am Top Rated Plus, but it does not show my badge. 
• When I view my job post, I see non-boosted freelancers from other countries even though I have selected "US Only". 

Is there a solution to this?
