Proposal views, and file upload

Hello Upwork,

I have two issues, the first is that I have not been able to upload a single file on attachment for almost 2 months now. I have tried clearing cookies, seen the suggestions made for others and nothing works.

My second issue is that it seems my proposal are not being seen. At first I thought I just need to step up my game, but the proposals were actually not being viewed. After sending like 30 proposals and I check stats and it showed me that not a single one was read, pls, kindly check my account for me.
