Recover Upwork Account I don't have my email anymore

I recently emigrated from Venezuela, and I lost access to my email, since I can only verify it with my number from Venezuela and the telephone numbers in Venezuela do not have roaming, I would like to recover my old Upwork account with my same Name but I do not have access to my email, how could I do? This is a new account by the way
