Refund for agency plus

I started out on upwork a month ago and it didn't really go well. The agency plus subscription was still charged. I want to get a refund of that. 

I tried to contact the customer support, everyone mentions the "get support" button on the bottom right corner, but I don't see any. (Maybe the UI has updated or something)

How can I get a refund for the agency plus subscription.
