I received a ticket 9 days ago for refunding connects. It was issued on Sept. 6, 2022. For some reason, it hasn't yet been reflected in my account. It was stated that I should follow up after 9 days on the ticket but it's already labeled "solved" so I can't reply to that ticket anymore. Here's the ticket number for your reference: 36801146. Please help as I need that refund ASAP.
I have checked your account and it looks like the refund was successfully processed on our end last 06- September. You can validate this by checking your Transaction history page. However, you can update the ticket by sending a follow-up to the same support ticket here and in the email notification associated with the ticket.
