Request Refund from Escrow Balance

In a middle of modifying the contract, I paid another $25 excluding tax etc to topup the contract from $125 to $150. However, in the middle of transaction, the talent decline the contract and now my escrow balance is at $25, while the previous paid $125 will be refund back to my payment method. 

How can I request the balance $25 in my escrow balance is refunded to my payment method, or how can I use the escrow balance for my future contract?
