Just today I got charged for plus membership $14.99 USD. I didn't think I signed up for a plus membership when I created an account. Is it possible that this is cancelled and refunded since I never intended to sign up for this yet?

Hello Upwork Support Team,
I recently received a notification about the auto-renewal of my Freelancer Plus membership. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the membership would renew automatically. As soon as I received the notification, I downgraded my plan to the Basic membership to prevent further charges.
I kindly request a refund for the recent Freelancer Plus auto-renewal charge, as I did not intend to continue with this membership. Could you please assist me with this issue?
