I'd like to change my email address associated with this account. I keep getting a message saying the address I want to use is already in use with another account. I'd used that address to start making a new account not realizing I'd already made one years ago. I've closed the account, but it is still flagging the email as in use for that other account. I need to change the email because I'm currently using a college email which will expire soon. Does anyone know how to open a support ticket? I've tried through the bot but get stuck in the same cycle of questions.
