Unable to Login to Account

My brother-in-law is unable to send a Reset Password link to his email because it is telling him that his account does not exist. Since he cannot log in to his own account, he cannot submit a support request.


Why is it sending an error message when he inputs his user name?


I am happy to share his email via Direct Message so that this issue can be addressed with him.
