Unable to authorize your card

Hi there, I am trying to add a new billing method where I am adding Payoneer mastercard but it is giving me this error: "We are unable to authorize your card as the billing details you entered does not match with your bank or credit card company. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank." 
my card works perfectly fine and there is no issue with my bank. could anyone please help me out. Thanks in advance.
