Unable to get invitation of Group Member from Client

Hi,

Can you please help me for being a group member of my client. Client wants to give me access for managing payments to other freelancers and hiring new freelancers through client's account. 

They made set up of adding me as team member but I have not received any invitation yet.

Client has provided the Screenshot of error which I am attaching here 

Can you please help me for this?

Thank you for your message. Could you please check your spam/junk folder for the same email address to check the invitation to join the team? Please request your client to contact us directly if the problem persists so that we can better assist them.
