I have been trying to send a fixed price contract and get paid for the past week, but every time I receive this error message:
We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute.
I have tried numerous browsers and different devices, but I get the same error each time. Any advice? I never had this issue until Upwork changed the way direct contracts work.
