I recently accepted a contract from an Upwork client. After sorting our the preliminary details, it appears the client "can nol longer receive messages on Upwork" and I'm unable to access the chat history.
Can you please advise on why this is happening and if I can recover the chat somehow?

Hi Ahad, this usually means the client did something against Upwork ToS and his profile got suspended/banned.
