Upwork Payment was rejected my bank

Hello respected moderators,

I am Muhammad Imranul Amin.A youtube thumbnail designer.I completed 2 jobs and tried to withdraw the money.After few hours I received an email saying that payment has been rejected by bank.Then I check my all the things and make withdraw again.After that I received the same email again.

My All Information is correct.Can anyone please help me?I also contact with my bank and my bank told me to contact Upwork.

Does routing number is needed in Upwork for Bangladesh?And please Upwork help me.
