Upwork should refund connects

I believe Upwork should refund the connects to us freelancers if a client does not hire someone for a job they posted. Upwork seems to always support clients, regardless of the amount they have spent on the platform. Oh I wish they can make us feel important too to them.

hi! I also believe that if we report some suspicious activity from a proposal we´ve submited, the connects should be refund to us!!
