Urgent Assistance Required | While updating to Agency Plus Account, ID goes under verification.

Hello everyone, hope you all are doing great,
I've recently encountered an identity verification issue while managing my Upwork account.

I recently created an Agency account. Following this, I attempted to upgrade to a Plus account using my bank card. Unfortunately, I encountered an error instructing me to "retry again after some time or use another card for payment."

In response to this, I attempted to utilize an alternative payment method, under the name of my friend, Abdullah. However, this effort was also met with an error, this time prompting me to verify my identity.

Now what to do?
