VAT number not approved

I have a valid vat number that I can check in VIES portal.  I have tried putting it in several times and I think I need to upload a proof of ownership for my freelance company since my personal name and my company name isn't identical.

The problem is that I can't find where I upload my proof of ownership.

Unfortunately I can not submit ticket so I have to create question here...
