Vat resubmission

Hello, I am receiving messages stating that my VAT cannot be verified, despite having a VAT that is verifiable on VIES. I don't understand the reason for this issue. I have sent a message to **Edited for Community Guidelines** including my VAT page from VIES where my VAT is confirmed, but I have not received a response. My VAT is still being rejected, and I'm unsure of what steps to take. The only potential discrepancy I can identify is that my name on the VIES page is in Greek, while on Upwork, I provide all information in English. Please assist me in verifying my VAT; I am unsure of what to do.
