Why doesn't upworks have a support team? How do we get support related to enterprise account?

All emails from upworks are: do-not-reply email addresses.

 

Is there an email address to contact support?

 

Many support posts mention that there's a link on the upworks website to send a message, but those buttons are no longer available (or are buried and hard to find).

 

There's a ticket section to accounts, but there's no ability to create new support tickets.. only view existing tickets.

 

How does someone get support from upworks?!!

I am sorry to hear about the trouble reaching our support team. A quick way to contact support is by clicking the "Get Support" button that shows at the bottom right corner of the Upwork Help page. You will be asked what type of account you need help with and to describe your issue or questions. Please select the best option for your situation. If you’d like to speak to an agent, you can request that via the chatbot. If you have some general questions about using Upwork or are looking for advice, feel free to post here in the Community.
