With hokd tax is 5% despite of providing PAN

I ha e provided PAN multiple times and despite of providing it my withholding tax is 5%.

Both the times PAN were valid and still instead of 1%,5% is charged.

Is my PAN still not validated in upwork ? How will I come to know verification is completed

Hey Himanshu. The direct answer to your question would be that they'll send you an email along with a notification stating, "You've earned an Identity Verified badge for your profile."

Other than that, if you want to verify if your PAN verification is complete from their end or not, you might have to reach out to Upwork Customer Support.

I already earned verified identity still they have deducted 5% tax
