Yet to receive payment confirmation

I initiated payment from my Upwork account to my account. It's been nearly 12 hours but I'm yet to get a message confirming payment. I also haven't received the money in my personal account. What could be the issue?

I can confirm that your withdrawal was successful on our end. That said, funds from ACH deposits will arrive in your bank account within two to five business days.
