am I shadowbanned?

Hey, been along time since I've shared a problem here, but  I've been working on Upwork since 2018, I know Freelancing has its ups and downs, but recently I barely got any work on here, I was getting more Invites and Purhcases from Project Dashboard, even Direct messages from clients that wanna work with me, but everything just stopped/barely exist since 1.5month ago, I know there is something like "Exposure Cycling" for Freelaners and I understand that, but being a Top Rated with 100% JSS and with all the experience I have on Upwork seeing that, it makes me feel like I'm shadowbanned or something, I literally tried everything and results are the same, even my proposals are not even getting noticed by clients anymore, I feel like I'm wasting money on connects nowdays,  Can anyone help please?
