I'm sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues downloading the Upwork tracker application. To enable the download, make sure the version of the program is selected next to the download button. Please try the following:
- Open a different browser and try again - we support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari
- Try using “Incognito” or “Private” mode on your browser
If using a different browser and/or incognito/private mode worked for you, clearing your cookies should help to fix the issue you’re experiencing:
- Click on this link: https://upwork.com/clearcookies ** > follow those steps to clear Upwork-only cookies
- If the issue persists, you may need to clear your full browser cookies/cache > restart your browser to try once more
