how to change my asking hourly on my profile?

Hi,

I know this is really so simple ( I think) but I've been to all the tabs on my profile, trying to edit my asking per hourly however it seems that I don't have the option to change it. Normally, you just have to click the pen sign/ tab to edit, right? But beside my hourly rate, it's just copy clipboard sign that I see. Can somebody help me please. Thank you sooooo much!
