inactive local bank

Hi there, I added my local Egypt bank account as a withdrawl method and completed my W-8BEN tax information, and I entered the bank information correctly, I added this method before three days (this is 8-4-2024  dd-mm-yy), there was a notification says it will take three days for upwork to activate my method, now the notification disappeard and shows that my bank account method is inactive, what does that mean and how do I fix this?
