I'm a freelancer and I got one task from one of the client, he is new for upwork, first he has created a contract for the hrly payment, but he is facing some issues wiht payment method. after discussion he had closed that contract and I've initiat new contract with fixed price. again he is facing same issue with payment method can anyone please help here to resolved this issue?

Similar situation with a client of mine, he's unable to activate milestones because his payment method isn't being charged. Hopefully support gets to the bottom of this soon

Both your clients must resolve issue himself. You cannot help there.
