Hi there,
my "Apply to Work" button is disabled, I have finished my profile and also have filled all the details. Why would that be? I have attached the image. I don't see any helper text that tells me what to do or what's going on.

The person responding to you is a moderator on the forums, not a support agent, they cannot speed this up for you any more than they already have.
