"go to preview" button is not work (need to publish portfolio)

I am trying to add my recent project to my Upwork portfolio, but the preview button is not working. I have filled in all the details.

I really have lost faith in the support team at Upwork.
They don't listen
They repeat the same "fix" even when you tell them it is not working.
They tell you that you have not got an image or video loaded when the screenshot shows you have.

 

Either this team doesn't care or they have no clue what the issue is. 

I have been trying to use this site for years now and it seems like almost always there is some kind of issue or another which makes me give up.

 

I have literally tried once again. Trying to flesh out some work portfolio and having exact same issue. Nothing works and I can see this issue dates back to 2021 when they supposedly have "fixed" and closed the issue multiple times!! What a waste of my time !

Have The Same Issue. After Adding Files & Captions On the "Add details" Page, The GO TO PREVIEW Button Is Greyed Out.
All Uploaded Files (Including JPGs, MP3s & Video MP4s) Have an "Attachment caption" Filled In.

So WTF Is Going On? Looking At This Thread This Seems To Have Been A Problem For A While Now.
There Is No Point Of This Website If We Can't Upload Our Portfolios/Work Samples.

I am also having this issue, and I have also uploaded all the necessary images and filled in all the necesassry fields. It looks like this has been an issue for other people since October of last year. Is there a solution yet?

I have also talked to the chat bots repeatedly about this and they are no help. Can someone help me get a support ticket going to resolve this?

Hi. Again, I am 100% sure that all of the required fields are filled out. None of responses to this issue offer a solution, moderators just keep telling people to make sure all required fields are filled in over and over when we all keep saying that we have obviously filled in all of the required fields. It looks like this has been an issue since 2021 and it's now 2024. Is there a way to fix this? I'm attaching screenshots to show that I did fill in all the required fields.

I think i found a solution:
Let all the photos finish uploading first, then fill out the fields. Filling out the fields before the photos uploaded for me caused the button to gray out. 

Hope this works for others.
