why this type of notification, I am getting even after all the documents uploaded

Hi Upwork,
I have submitted all the required documents that need to be uploaded like "pan" and other's.Still I am getting this type of notification at my upwork home screen top. I like to know is it just Notification for sharing me information or any thing else.
