Calendar is not connecting to google. Can not send messages to any freelancer as a client

I have a payment issue with CC which I resolved . But after that, it seems that I no longer can send messages to freelancer and i can no longer to connect my calendar with Google.   A schedule a meeting or send messages to freelancers is becoming a blocker. 

I don't payment has to do with messaging or scheduling a meeting. Unfortunately, i can not do both anymore.  Very frustrating and the working on the platform is becoming ever challenging.  

Any help here ??
