Upwork's "Schedule a meeting" feature is broken

The schedule a meeting feature in Upwork is broken.

When the client clicks the link, they receive the error message

"There was an error trying to get the timeslots for this page: [availability] Error fetching availability: {'message': "Provided calendar_id: '11f4ar8sj95nkkdk7acgyxog5' does not exist.", 'type': 'invalid_request_error'}"
