Sure, you can give without violating Upwork term and condition. Mostly as programmer, you you will not work without email to access sevarl service like AWS, gthub, etc.

You can give your client your email to communicate or to be granted access to their system.

Just make sure to only accept contracts and payments from this client at upwork.com

I have not started the work still now. It is a wix website design so my clients need to give me a role on her Wix website. So generally I can give him my email address? It will be not against UpWork rules?
