I'm Samuel from Germany. I'm a Web-Developer since 1998 and a mobile Deveoper since 2016 (ReactNative). I did work most of the time in projects for other ones. 

My Background
In May 2020, I've started an own SaaS-Project with a co-founder. The SaaS is about to provide an easy to use, maintenance free , high-performance Onlnieshop. Beside Onlineshops that sell general products, we also cover a special niche with our Software: Catering and Food delivery
We currently have 6 customers. 3 of the Onlineshops do have > three thousand Products listed (those three ones in Motorbike-Parts, not food delivery 😉 ).
So far we haven't lost a single customer, which means, we seem to have found a market, and doing something right... but that leads me to the point, why I'm here, and...

What I do expect / try to archive in this Community 
As we both are no marketing experts. I join this group to ask, listen and learn more about marketing, like...

• how to getting know / listen in right way to customer needs
• how to aquire new customers and markets (niche markets)
• how to build up marketing funnels to build an continous flow of new customers
• how to scale our business in a healthy way

Hello:  I'm relatively new to Upwork and am trying my best to get my name out there to attract potential clients.

I've been in my industry for over 20 years and have finally decided to go out on my own with that jump of faith.  I specialize in data analysis, insights, category management, dashboarding, and other related marketing analytics.  I've worked with the largest retailers to the smallest ma and pa's.  I love my job and want to share my passion with other prospective clients.

Here are some additional details:

1) I'd love to learn what everyone would do differently if they had the chance to start all over.

2) Business processes:  I've figured out many business processes, but the one that comes to mind that's specific to my area of expertise is the efficiency by which raw data is taken from beginning stages of running, cleansing, uploading into dashboards, to the end product of assessing what the data results are telling you.  From there action plans are developed and implemented.  The process that I feel I've figured out here is how quickly you go from raw data to action plans and implementation.  The quicker insights are brought to senior management, the better you can pivot at the shelf.  What do I do to accomplish this?  I run that data through bespoke dashbords (both Power BI, Excel, etc.) which break down all the KPIs in clear form to compare, rank, and measure.  The speed of that process comes from as much automation as possible to reduce manual touchpoints allowing the analyst to do what they were hired to actually do...analyze.

So, completely open to any and every bit of feedback so I can contiually improve.
