Some days (weeks…months…) are more challenging than others. In those times I try to focus on the little wins I’ve been able to achieve. This week, I'm celebrating successfully transitioning some processes to new tools for customer support agents that I support. Perhaps it's a little bit boring, but it took time and much help to make it happen!
