I keep on purchasing connects and minimum connects are increased to 8, as you buy 10 for $1.5 and when go for bid the client nevers come back to see the job, I see job have 50+ proposals, and If I bid on 10 jobs that means apx. 100 connects wasted but upwork keeps on earning for theses connects that worth nothing for freelancer, moreover if the job is cancelled the connects never comeback, upwork should think if any job posted is not in progress without any hiring, connects should be sent back to the freelancer.
