Dear administrators

I am new as a freelancer, I started 3 weeks ago applying to different jobs and no one has seen my profile yet. I ask you to please advise me on how I should write the proposals and how I should apply for jobs. I don't think anyone hires me because I'm new and I'm not going to gain experience that way. Thank you

Make your proposals very short. Be casual, a simple hello as an
introduction. Speak directly on how your skills add value to the job
