Illustrator New to Upwork

Hello! I'm an experienced illustrator hoping to break into the freelance world. I mostly draw and design cute animals and creatures (think Neopets or Pokemon syle critters) Additionally I draw extremely fast and still produce quality work.

I have good skills with what I do, but my issue is I'm not sure how to network and find jobs, if any more experienced designers can help give me some suggestions on establishing myself that'd be super! I've attached some examples of my work.

I can advise you to check out this thread where you can find all of the information needed about getting started here. I would suggest to spend extra time on the Safety First section in order to learn how to protect yourself.
