Hi,
I want to get paid by direct bank in US.
I'm not passing verificiation due to different Upwork account name and Bank accound holder name. ( My company account have a dash "-" in name)
In this article my problem was explained but, where I need to send my bank ownership proof? Is there any e-mail or special support ticket?
