Beneficiary name is mismatched

My direct to bank payment method has been deactivated since my upwork account name does not match the name in my bank account---this is because I previously used my nickname when I created this account.

But I have already edited my details to replace my nickname with my full name here in upwork. Any chance you could have my payment method activated already?

When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). That means they are currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details. The 5-day security period allows the system to process and clear the payments. Please read this article for more information about Fixed-Price Protection.

I'm trying to link my Upwork account to my PayPal. However I get a message that identity not verified as "the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account".

The beneficiary name on my PayPal is my email ID. I am using this same email ID for my Upwork account as well. I cannot change my beneficiary name on PayPal as PayPal picked my email ID as the beneficiary name by default. 

How can I resolve this issue?

But the Account in My Bank uses My Initials  Any chance you could have my payment method activated already? Thank you! I have same problem: PayPal in Russia can use only Russian letters in name, surname. But Upwork require that name should be in English. I write name as it sign in my international passport. I can show it, if you need.

I try connect PayPal and Upwork occounts, and failed, because my Russian name in PayPal "missmatch" with Upwork name.
