Buy connects

Hi, everyone!

I have $1.4 in my account.

But I can't buy any connects as this platform doesn't have this option.

I think I can buy 7 connects with $1.4 because it includes VAT fee.

Is there anyway to buy 7 connects?

Should I support upwork help center?

Hi Manville, 

Please know that Connects are not sold individually, and are only sold in the following bundles: 

• 10 for $1.50
• 20 for $3
• 40 for $6
• 60 for $9
• 80 for $12

If you have sufficient balance in your account, or in your billing method, you should be able to purchase connects.

Hi, I have been trying to buy connects today and everytime I put in my card details it just comes up with a blank screen and the connects haven't gone through. I tried two bank cards. Please help, there are a few jobs i really want to bid on coming up!

Yes, I just tried both. It still isn't working. 

Any ideas? There are some jobs I would really like to apply for ASAP!
