Client cannot enter message thread - no option to add me to People

Hi, Community!

Need some help, please. Client cannot join message thread to participate in conversation with me and their PA. It seems that in my profile onscreen there is no option for them to add me to their list of people with access.

I'd appreciate any advice on this.Thanks in advance.
