Help: I can't log in to a second device

I've acquired a second device -- a Macbook-- which I'll be using for most of my creative projects. However, I can't log my Upwork profile to the said device. It only displays 'unspecified error'.

 

I've already tried authorizing the said device but it still didn't work. Also reinstalled the app but still didn't work.

 

Please help
