Not able to submit application

Hi,

 

I am hoping that someone can help me. My account has been suspended for 4 days due to some misunderstanding with an Agency owner. It has now been reinstated however I am still getting the error message attached when applying to a job advertisement.

 

I hope someone can help me with this. This happens to all the application I tried submitting.
