Profile violation

Hello, 

Last night I get mail from Upwork that my account has been suspended due to profile violation, I was just a project I'm trying to upload on projects dashboard but unfortunately it was removed and profile gone suspended. I'd sent mail back to Upwork but it's been 12+ hours didn't get any response from them. What should I do/ what will be the conclusions for that case.
