Time tracker not opening

I tried eliminating the Upwork cache, but that didn't work, nor did clearing all browsing data for the last month.

ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Have you completely uninstalled it, removing every last trace, and installed it again?

Hi Robert,

 

Could you please clarify the issue you're experiencing? If when opening the Desktop App only the Messages window opens, please try accessing the app Settings from there and activating the Show/Hide Window keyboard shortcut. After you've activated it try using the keyboard shortcut to see if the Time Tracker window shows up.

Hi Andrea. Nothing appears when I click on the desktop app, no message window nor anything else.
