Upwork free connects distribution is off?

Long days, I didn't get any free connects!

Not totally off. I still get them in the extremely rare events where my proposal got viewed (and interviewed). And they're from "established" clients (has a number of previous jobs).

After reading again, if you're talking about the free monthly ones, I still get them as well.
